Conference Registration Fee:

• CoCANN members: $75
• Non-Members: $95
• Poster Presenters: $50 (max of 2 people per poster)
• Students (Non-Licensed): $25

Late Registration at the door: Add $25.00 to above fees

*registration is limited to 100 attendees
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Three ways you can register and pay for the conference.

1. Online – Use your Credit Card or Checking Account

2. Mail-In – Anne Gleeson, COCANN Treasurer

3. On Site – You can register onsite (if space is available) but we will add $25 to the registration fee. (And you might have to stand in line too!!)

Continuing Education Credit:

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing through CNS Consulting, provider #13748 for 6.0 continuing education credits. 

 

Refund Policy:
Fees will be refunded if cancellation is received, in writing, at least 1 week prior to class.  Fees will be refunded if class is cancelled.  No partial refunds given.

** There will be a $25 service fee for any returned checks.
